I am a development project management expert and freelancer from Finland with a special interest in the Balkan region. My other interests include conflicts/civil crisis management issues, Black Sea region, Russia and the Middle East. I have 6-8 blogs with mainly same content but different readerships; through them I try to give my perspective to issues of interests and highlight also the other side of story.

Russia trained me to find practical solutions between chaotic field work and western regulations.
My work in Kosovo and follow-up activities gave me clear picture of problems in Balkans and challenges in societies in transition
